TICKET HOLDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be made with 24 hours of an RSVP'ed event. To qualify for a 100% refund of a ticketed event, the request for a refund must be 30 days before the date of your ticketed event. All guests that wish to cancel after the 30 day Refund Policy of ticketed events will receive a 50% refund.

RETURN POLICY MERCHANDISE
To qualify for a return or refund, it must be within 25 days of the purchase, the product will be unused and in its original packaging.

We are unable to cover the cost of international returns.
QUOTE POLICY
This is a quote for your event and if accepted please do so within 40 days of your event's date for the best possible service. When this quote is accepted, it will turn into an invoice. All invoices have a 50% deposit and a 30 day return policy. If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel, you must do so prior to 30 days of your event for a full refund. You will not be refunded after 30 days.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In addition, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not liable for outdated or expired information that prevents a purchase from processing accurately or arriving at an inaccurately specified location.
HOST REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS
To qualify for a refund, it must be within 30 days of the date of your Booking/Event. All events that wish to cancel after the 30 day Return Policy will forfeit all deposits and payments made towards their event.
